The Christmas season finally saw me clear the dining table too, so we could eat Christmas breakfast and dinner! To do so, I finished off the tiered skirts.
One for my niece PP:
One for Miss M who turns 3 in January:
The next few will form new stock for a little 2009 sanity project - stay tuned!
The pudding was amazing, the ritual complete, and Mr BB whipped up a vanilla bean custard and a vanilla bean ice cream to go with it! Along with a saved bottle of Moet, we had a fabulous day!
Master 6 was not well on the day unfortunately, however he still managed to complete a series of Lego creations we thought would last a week!
Today we will spend in the garden, hoping for a peaceful and happy time.
Many thanks for all the support and encouragement from you readers over the year. As my blogaversary approaches, I am amazed that I have stuck this out, and that I have made so many new and dear connections in the crafty blog world.
Happy New Year - keep safe.

What a lovely thing for your husband to do - and so thoughtfull! Your skirts look lovely and that Plum Pud looks amazing!!!
What a fabulous gift from Mr BB. So thoughtful.
It's been lovely meeting up with you in Blogland this year.
I also think that was a brilliant gift from your hubbie. Very thought full.
Great present - 10 points each for inspiration, remembering AND execultion - a very rare trifecta in the world of Christmas presents!
Oh lucky you!
I planned to spend Christmas 2006/07 making a Blurb book of my 2006 blog. Which turned into me planning to spending 2007/08 making a Blurb book of 2006 and 2007. And this year I didn't even put it on my list of things to try to achieve this "holidays" as I know it'll not happen.
*sigh*
Goodness it sounds like Mr BB outdid himself, bloggy goodness, ice cream - what a man.
I hope Master 6 is feeling better, I know all that excitement can not always work in your favour. It is scary that Lego can go up so quickly.
You did well Mr BB !! Impressively organised too.
